Powder coating is electrostatically applied and heat-cured, so it bonds to the metal instead of sitting on top of it. That's why it survives brake heat, road salt and wheel cleaner in a way wet paint doesn't. Every set gets sand-blast prep down to bare metal before any color goes on — skip that step and it peels in a season.

OUR PROCESS
1. STRIP AND BLAST
Tires off, wheels stripped, sand-blasted to bare metal. Any old finish comes off completely.
2. COAT
Powder applied electrostatically for even coverage into every spoke and barrel.
3. CURE AND REMOUNT
Heat-cured, inspected, then remounted and balanced.
CALIPER CUSTOMIZATION
New wheels make tired calipers obvious. Painted, powder coated, or rebuilt off the car.
